Who is this program for ?
Students / Freshers / 1-2 years of experience who would aspire to accelerate building their career as a Cloud Engineer or Cloud architect or System Administrator or AWS Solutions Architect
How This Program Works ?
We have a work environment of a Cloud/IT department which any fortune 500 IT company have nowadays. Day to day projects, tasks, processes, implementations, and responsibilities carried out by the Cloud/IT department is simulated. During this program, all participants are part of a team and have a designated role according to their skills ( for ex. “Cloud Engineer - Associate”). Throughout the program, participants work under the mentorship of the Project Manager or Lead Solution Architect.
In these 8 weeks, you will be working as an IT company employee which will give you an experience of working, understanding and learning functions, processes, workflows, responsibilities, and priorities of cloud or IT department.
Expectations from Mentee
- Commitment for self-development
- Good technical knowledge of Linux/MySQL/Scripting/DevOps and certifications will be an added advantage
- Possess the technical knowledge or should learn it on the fly as technology training is not a part of this program
- Accessible, committed, and engaged during the length of the program
- Deliver desirable outputs of assigned tasks
- Daily attendance in standup meetings on defined time on weekdays
- 8 hours work per day from home or anywhere and at any suitable time, on weekdays
- Laptop/computer with good internet connectivity and video camera
- Respect mentor’s time and resources

- Mentors will educate about IT organization structure, industry standards, processes & various IT management tools
